This is the web site of Big ideas.  Our policy has been in effect since May 1997.  You may contact us by email at  contact@biggideas.com, or you can reach us by phone by calling (315) 682-7200 between the hours 9:00AM-5:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday. Our Postal address is 374 Northfield Way, Camillus, New York  13031.

Our Web server recognizes no information regarding your e-mail address.  We will never introduce features that may impact a web surfer's privacy. We refuse to perform any logging of visitor email addresses.

The information we collect from our e-mail or feedback form is for internal review and is discarded, or is used to improve our Web site, or is used to contact those who have contacted us for information.

If you supply us with your name, phone or e-mail, we will only use that information to contact you so we may supply you with the information you've requested or to process your order.

We will never give acquired information to third parties.

Terms and Conditions

Lead Times:  Once you have received your quotation, lead times are governed by how quickly you provide your deposit and order confirmation. Delays caused by late payments or order confirmation are not the responsibility of Big Ideas.

Quotes & Prices:  All quotes are provided in writing. Prices are subject to change due to order changes or specification changes.  Written quotations expire 30 calendar days from the date issued unless noted otherwise.

Payment: No items will be shipped, or production started on custom items until a 50% deposit is received, and balance paid in full before shipment.  Payment can be made by Company Check or Certified Funds, or Bank Wire Transfer.  Items in stock require payment in full before shipment.

Shipping:  Shipment is on clients account or prepaid.  Any changes in shipment delivery requirements are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you request another shipping method, there will be an additional shipping fee.

Cancellation:  A custom order placed with Big Ideas cannot be cancelled after production has started.  You are responsible for all costs for the completed item or items.  Production is considered started once deposit payment has been received with order confirmation.

Warranties:  There are no express warranties and no implied warranties other than manufacturers' warranties provided with the products.  There are no other warranties made by Big Ideas unless otherwise noted.  Generally, all Cold Air Inflatable products we provide carry a (2) Year Warranty workmanship and materials.  All sealed or air tight products we provide including helium, air, parade or special shape, carry a 180 Day or 1 Year Warranty workmanship and materials. Some uses may void warranty and will be indicated in writing in the quotation provided.

Returns:  No returns will be accepted without authorization.  Call or e-mail explaining why you want to return the item and, if the item is returnable, we will contact you with an authorization number and instructions for shipping.  All returns must be freight pre-paid.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.   Custom manufactured items are not returnable.

Custom Items:  All orders for custom made items shall be submitted in writing.  All items are made to your specifications. These items are not returnable. Contact Big Ideas if you have questions. No credits or refunds are available on custom manufactured products. 

Final Terms:  Your placing an order with us shall constitute your agreement to the terms and conditions, and shall constitute your agreement that such terms and conditions are the sole terms and conditions of the agreement with us.
